Longevity Care is an authorized provider through Alberta’s Client Directed Home Care Invoicing (CDHCI) program.
This program allows eligible Albertans to manage their own care by choosing a registered home care provider — like Longevity Care — to deliver services covered by Alberta Health Services.
Once approved, you’ll receive a set number of care hours each month. Longevity Care provides the personalized support you need, and we’ll handle the invoicing directly with Alberta Blue Cross so you don’t have to.
