Touching or handling items from outside your home and then touching your mouth, nose, or eyes.

Personal Protective Equipment

Care workers are required to wear a face mask at each visit. All staff are provided the necessary PPE required for each individual client.

Exposure Protocol Screener

All care workers that have had exposure to covid 19 from long-term care facilities or retirement homes in the past 30 days must self quarantine for 14 days before they can attend any visits.

Strict Hygiene Protocol

Care workers follow strict hygiene
standards. They must wash their hands and wipe down relevant surfaces at the beginning of each visit.

Covid-19 Screening

Prior to each shift all caregivers are required to answer standard questions regarding symptoms and exposure. Office is notified immediately should any concerns arise.
